Security testing and reports
Security testing needs our written permission first, stating the scope. Report suspected vulnerabilities or abuse to info@mavecy.com with a description and enough evidence for us to check it. Do not access further customer data or disrupt the service while doing so.
Enforcement
We investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence where lawful, and take proportionate measures under the Terms of Service, such as removing content, limiting a feature or suspending access. Where lawful and practicable we give reasons, and you may ask for a review by replying to our notice. Your organisation is responsible for managing its authorised users and dealing with misuse within its control.
